Job Description (Tasks):
？Lead the AP team for daily AP transaction, cover the region of Great China
？Support GL team for month end closing
？Inter-company transaction reconciliation with counter parties
？Import transaction reconciliation with custom declaration record
？Support controlling team for continue process improvement
？Support cash management team for the cash forecast
？Regional T&E management and coordinating
？Support regional controller for a series projects, include but not limited: 1) implement Concur system; 2) Potential C-Trip consolidation; 3) P2P process implementation in the region; 4) Process integration due to company merger
？Other jobs assigned by regional controller or peers
REQUIREMENTS:
？Bachelor degree (or above) in accounting, finance
？At least 5 years working experience in foreign invested company, 2 years management roles is required
？Familiar with SAP application and strong concept of system process, has the ability to identify control gaps and could drive process improvement in AP function
？Strong excel and presentation skills with ability to create reports, do the analyze data and present the reports to management
？Strong project management skills; Independent project management experience will be a plus
？Has understanding of P2P process, experienced with SOX control will be a plus
？Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking
？Strong personnel & communication skill, open mind, team works, self-discipline and diligent
？CPA/ACCA certificate will be a plus
